Shipping policy

Siam In Travel sells travel services. There are no physical goods, nothing is dispatched by courier and no shipping charge is ever added to your fare — not at checkout, not afterwards.

This page exists because a customer who has paid deserves to know exactly what will reach them and by when, and because payment providers require every merchant to publish a delivery policy. What follows is ours in full.

How delivery works here

Your purchase is delivered in two parts. First the documents — a confirmation, then vouchers and an itinerary — which arrive electronically. Then the service itself, delivered in Thailand on the dates you booked: the hotel nights, the transfers, the tours and the tickets.

Documents are sent to the email address and mobile number you enter at checkout. Everything is electronic. Nothing needs to be collected, signed for, or printed, although we recommend carrying a printed copy of your vouchers in case your phone runs flat at an immigration counter.

What you receive, and by when

Business hours below mean 09:00 to 18:00 India Standard Time, Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian and Thai public holidays.

If a booking is made very close to departure, we compress this — but we will not take a payment for a departure we cannot document in time. If we cannot get your vouchers to you before you travel, we will tell you before you pay.

What it costs to deliver

Nothing. There is no shipping fee, no handling fee, no courier charge and no charge for re-sending documents. The fare you see at checkout, plus the GST and TCS shown as separate lines, is the whole amount.

Where we deliver

Documents are delivered electronically and reach any country with an internet connection. We sell principally to travellers in India and quote in Indian rupees; we are happy to sell to travellers elsewhere, and the documents arrive the same way.

The services are delivered in Thailand only — in the destinations named on the package you book.

Getting your contact details right

We can only deliver to the email address and mobile number you give us. Please check both at checkout, and tell us straight away if either changes before you travel.

  • Give the email you actually read, not one you check monthly.
  • Give a mobile that will work on WhatsApp while you are in Thailand, or tell us which number will.
  • Names on vouchers must match the passport you will travel on. Tell us about a mismatch as soon as you spot one — a hotel or an airline may refuse a name that does not match, and a correction close to travel can carry a supplier fee.

If something has not arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder first — PDF attachments from a new sender land there more often than anywhere else. Then contact us and we will re-send immediately, at no charge, to the same address or a different one.

If a document is genuinely late against the timings above, tell us and we will treat it as a service failure rather than a query: we will confirm the position with the operator and come back to you with a time, not a holding reply.

Changes after your documents are issued

If you amend a booking — dates, hotel, room type, party size — a fresh set of documents is issued and the old set is void. Re-issuing is free. Whatever the supplier charges for the change itself is set out in our cancellation and refund policy, not here.

If we have to change something ourselves — a hotel that overbooks, a boat cancelled for weather — we will tell you as soon as we know, offer the nearest equivalent, and re-issue the documents. Your rights when we cannot deliver what you bought are in the cancellation and refund policy.

What is not delivered by us

Some things you will need for the trip come from you or from a government, and no amount of chasing on our side can produce them:

  • Your passport, and its validity on the day you fly.
  • Your Thailand Digital Arrival Card, which every traveller files online within 72 hours of arrival. It is free and airlines check it at the gate. We will remind you; we cannot file it for you.
  • Flights, unless your package says otherwise. Airline tickets come from the airline or the agent who issued them.
  • Travel insurance, which we strongly recommend and do not sell.
  • Entry fees payable on the ground — national park fees, some attraction tickets — where a package lists them as excluded. Those are paid in cash on the day, to the park or the venue.

Who is delivering

Travel services are designed and operated by Siam In Travel Co., Ltd., 2/33 Moo 4, Bang Mae Nang, Bang Yai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand, Tax ID 0125561014896.

Payments in Indian rupees are collected by Thumb360 Digital and Consulting Services (GSTIN 29AAICT2431M1ZZ) as the Indian representative and merchant of record. That is the name that will appear on your card or bank statement, and it is the party that issues your invoice and returns any refund.

Reaching a human

For anything about documents, delivery or a booking you have already paid for:

We reply to messages within one business day. While you are travelling, WhatsApp is monitored outside business hours as well — if you are standing at an airport and the car is not there, message, do not email.
